Q1:Can you customize based on my design/picture?
A:We can custom the wheel based on the design/picture. Usually we need know your car’s model and the wheel diameter, width, PCD, CB, ET.
Q2:What materials do you use to manufacture your wheels?
A:We use top-grade 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum alloy, known for its exceptional strength, light weight, and outstanding corrosion resistance. It’s the preferred material for high-end forged wheels.
Q3:What is the production time for the wheels?
A:Generally,it will take 15-20 days for monoblock forged wheel and 30-45 days for 2 piece forged wheel after confirming the design rendering.The specific production time depends on the items,wheel finish and the quantity of your order.
Q4:Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A:We accept OEM,ODM with customer’s logo and hub appearance.
Q5:How you ensure the effect/appearance of rim what l want?
A:We have a professional design team,before we produce the rims,will draw design drawing according to your requirements and your car data.After you have confirmed the effect and data will begain our production.
Q6:How about the payment?
A:We accept a 30% down payment, and the remaining 70% is paid after you approve the design.We suggest you place order by Alibaba Trade Assurance,it minimizes risk by guaranteeing money back in the event of a supplier failing to meet the terms of the order contract-including delivery delays,quality and quantity discrepancies or other processing problems.
